Clean and Sparkling Fresh! Welcome to The Grex Laundry Conf. Mark Unseen   Apr 10 22:51 UTC 1995

Welcome to Grex's sparkling clean Laundry conference. The purpose of
this conference is to discuss the process of converting dirty laundry to
clean laundry, with occaisional silliness so we won't get bored.

The one thing I won't tolerate is airing of other people's dirty
laundry. Persons caught doing that will be subject to a fine, and
punishment of up to 500 lashes with an extremly wet noodle. ;)

60 responses total.

OK Jim, I see you weren't kidding. If we can't air other's dirty laundry
here, how will we ever ventilate?

I can't understand how ozone restores lanolin!

Especially since lanolin is sheep fat which has nothing whatsoever to do
with feathers.

That's weird! Somewhat like the copy writers that say of the product
"Contains no chemicals.".

Nope, He who washeth, surely must dryeth, and after the drying, comes
the folding.

That's not always the case in a family situation, or any multi-
person household where laundry is done family-style. Around here I
usually cope with the washing machine, individuals do their own
folding (if any) and putting away, and the processes in between are
areas of ongoing negotiation.

What a surprise. I thought laundry was pseudo for another topic.

It could be. We've been discussing the possiblity of seizing some
little-accessed conference and using it to hide our discussions. :)

(who are "we"? Don't ask!) :)

You mean, like "laundering" your discussions?

I opened up my son's gym bag after it had been sitting in his closet for about
a week. believe me, you don't want me to air that dirty laundry here! hehe

Well no wonder this conference is dead! Not even the FW has been here in over
a month! ;)

Don't use the term "dead". It is just resting, while everyone does their
laundry. If you would like more activity, enter something dirty.

It is merely soaking, a normal function to obtain clean things. ;)

With all this soaking, our laundry should be more than clean. Hope it
doesn't smell like mold though.

Laundry around here usually ends up on somebody's bed, usually the person who
has been avoiding it the most recently :) and this way it forces them to
either help out or sleep on the floor that night :)

Well, things are different out here in India. Here you soak then rub
washing soap,
then beat the cloth with a bat like device then soak, then rinse ,then
spread
them out to dry ,then fold and you know the rest.I'ts one helluva
workout really.
