made with parsley, onions and capers. 3. Classic Burger: hamburger with

Right.  But trying to get it COOKED MEDIUM is the hard part.  Recently we 
were even asked by the chef to sign the guest check as an enhanced warning 
that anything less than well done is a risk.  Belch.

Make mine sauted onions and gorgonzola.  Pickles on the side, of course.

Sorry about the list running together. When I copied it from the
original site, it was in a  LIST format, not in a run-on paragraphy like
in 0.  I didn't realize it til after it was posted  [and now its much
harder to read such a lengthy article]...
