Dandelion Wine (no, not the novel...)

So some friends and I are looking to make some dandelion wine this spring,
and we're wondering if any of you have any tips.  Any homebrewers out there?

(Also, if you don't read Agora, we've offered to weed the lawn of anyone who
promises not to spray weedkiller until we're done.  We need dandelion flowers
that we're sure don't have chemical gunk on them.)
