I'm going to New York city for Spring Break and since I can't stand to be away from you guys for that long how can I get on-line from a new york city hotel? I have a laptop w/ modem. I would like to not call long distance. Are there any free-nets like Grex where I don't have to pay and can telnet? If you could help I would be much obliged.

Read Item 10, #21ff. You'll still have to get their local phone number (probably available on the system), but you could start your trial account with them before you go (but not more than 14 days!). I explored their system for a while, and they have some interesting subject areas, too.
