TV listings on the Internet?
|

Does anyone know of an ftp sight where one can find TV listings?
It would be nice, for instance, to be able to get a listing of all the
movies that will be on HBO this month. Come to think of it, that would
work even better in hypertext; maybe there's a WWW page? Anybody know?

It's child's play to find a schedule for a specific TV show,
but I don't know of any generic TV listings. It would only
work for cable stations in any case, since local affiliates
of the major networks tend to run their own things and move
shows around.

How do you find listings for a specific show, Rob?

(A) You find the resource page for the show you want.
(B) You read the current schedule.
Not hard, assuming the show you want has a resource page.
Plenty of them do. Try running lynx and look at my television
pages, you'll find a good selection there.
