Even if I have been an account with cyberspace.org (the host machine), 
I can not connect with the server running with Telnet.exe of windows 
operating system. Can anybody response me. why don't I connect with the 
server.

What message does Telnet.exe give you?
 0-1          
 Response Not Possible: You are Not Logged In
