Winters just haven't been winters for the past ten years or so. The snow used
to pile up until Easter. Some say "normal climatic variance", I say global
warming.

I agree that global warming is occurring, but that does not mean that
a particular location will have less snow. It could casue *more* snow, as
there will be more oceanic evaporation and hence more precipitation.

Very true... some areas will get less some more. The pattern changes. Same
with rain fall.
