Conspiracy theories have been around for decades. I personally don't
take much stock in them. Mafia? I don't think so.

Another popular one I don't believe is that Fidel Castro was behind it.

I think it was Lee Harvey Oswald. He might have had some help, but the
evidence is not there for it. I don't think the evidence was suppressed,
as many conspiracy theorists do. This is just my opinion of course.

If you don't take much stock in conspiracy theories, why are you dredging up
this one?

I've seen numerous documentaries about this and I have formed an opinion.

  1. Fact: Oswald was a terrible shot.
Several people in his russian gun club have said he couldn't hit the
broadside of a barn from 20 ft. I also believe he might have got off 1
     shot, but not both.

  2. There were people on the grassy knoll.
Under his tie, there is an entrance wound that was used for the
traecheotomy. Better still, there is a perfect round hole in his tie,
as well as shell casings on the ground near the treeline.

  3. I firmly believe that the American people were lied to. Otherwise, why
were the records and pertenent facts sealed until the year 2061, After
every living soul that every heard the name JFK is dead? How come 22
people who were material witnesses either died, or disappeared. You bet
your ass the CIA was involved with this.

  4. What about the "magic bullet"?
No bullet stays pristine after being fired. That theory was a complete
     and total lie.

  5. Why did Ruby kill Oswald?
Ruby was a paid stooge. He got the jail time to make it look good to the
people. I don't think Ruby was the patriot he claimed to be, and why was
Oswald paraded before the press in that garage? Dumb move, but again,
another third rate lie by the CIA, and the Dallas PD. Why didn't the
radios work in the police cars just prior to the parade?

There are too many unanswered questions to suit me, and I will tell
my nephews, cousins, and offspring (when I have them) to be there on
the day of the unsealing, and let the world know about this. We may
never know the who behind the case, but our future generations will.

Everyone has to have a hobby ;)

Seriously, I was 2 when JFK was murdered. I took an interest in it in the
mid 70's and since then I have done a lot of reading and seen a lot of
documentaries on the subject. It's clearly a stone whodunit, and will remain
so until more evidence is brought to light.
I would've liked to see the full set of autopsy photos. Nope, can't be done
by executive order and the Kennedy clan. I do know that there is a large wound
in the back of his head that is typically consistent of a frontal entrance,
so I'm at least basing what I know on known fact, not speculation. Entrance
wounds tend to be small, and exits tend to be large.

The medical and forensic professions don't agree with you.

Has anyone seen the video just released of the Zapruder film? It seems kind
of creepy to have a video like that on the same shelf as your Sound of Music
or Terminator videos.

i was a the a2 filmfest a few years back...one of the
entries was a loop of the zapruder film with the soundtrack
being "Take Me out to the Ballgame," performed by an
all male chorus...lots of sensitive ann arborites were
upset by this and 'boo-ed'
i thought the combination was totally appropriate.

politics is a game, and assasination is, and always
has been a part of that play.
