I thought Avon quit?

I picked up Beauty Without Cruelty shampoo and conditioner at the Coop
the other day. It works +great+. If they don't start stocking more
BWC products, I suggest we all bug them to death until they do.

o.k. I have been a vegetarian for 5 years, and I've been going out with this
guy who hunts and works at a rat farm (harlan sprague dawley) and I don't know
how to talk him out of doing the two, HELP!

Marcia, I don't know that you can talk a hunter who works at a rat farm out
of doing those things. I guess, since it's obviously important to you, that
you might talk to him about how you feel and why -- but people like that tend
not to see the issues the same way a vegetarian does. I hope someone has
something more helpful to say...

The only thing useful to say is "dont try to change him". I suspect some
seriously different value systems at work here. And either she respects his
value system, as she wants him to do about hers, or she gives up the guy.
"Talking him out of doing the two" probably means asking him to agree with
her values, and give up his. Bad Idea.
