The Newsletter conf. was created for discussion of the management and
production of the grex newsletter - which has an editorial group, but
not a first issue (yet). There won't be discussion there, I think, until
some issues are produced. This cf. was Andy's brainchild, and was meant
to be more like a page of synopses of other things on Grex. However that
takes work to create too, and workers never came forward (and Andy went
away). I agree it serves no function now, unless someone wants to
revive the synopsis idea.
