Hi! I've been trying to get hold of the MPEG file format(video only) for the
past few days... but in vain :( I need to read the individual headers and
frames from the MPEG file and pass it on to a MPEG decoder. Will someone help
me out... (This massive search i launched for this piece of info only made
me realize how unorganized the WWW is...!)

A good resource for mpeg related info I have found (with pointers to
some test streams) is www.mpeg.org.
