The EnviroLink Network is proud to announce the creation of the EnviroFreenet,
a free-access environmental information system.  The EnviroFreenet offers
real-time discussion forums, bulletin boards, Usenet, mail, Gopher, FTP and
many other services.  EnviroFreenet is unique, in that it offers all of these
services with a focus on environmental issues.

Interesting -- a special purpose freenet.  I'll give it a try
when I get a chance.

Should this item be linked to "internet" and "hippie"?

Even more interesting -- these guys are only a few blocks away
from CMU.  They even have the same ZIP code.

me personally really enjoy the envirofreenet and would recommend it to anybody
who is really intrested in the enviro.
