Defenestration isn't something you can do just anytime.
You need a window of opportunity.

A porthole, perhaps, might prove at least a passible plan B?
But better to borrow a boat, than to try this theory in our yellow submarine.

Do you parade on a boat or do the boats parade?

I don't know. I think the boats parade but maybe just for fun, I'll
parade on the boat unofficially.

Did the boats stay afloat? Was anybody thrown out a porthole?

As far as I know, all of the boats stayed afloat for the entire parade
although there was one pontoon boat in the parade that was loaded with
so many drunks it reminded me of the song "20 Yoopers in a Pontoon
Boat". There were a couple of times the poor little overloaded pontoon
got caught in the wake of a larger yacht where I got a little worried
about it. No one was thrown from any portholes ;) Some of the larger
sailboats were not able to complete the parade route because their masts
wouldnt fit under a bridge. But that was at the end so they were able to
do most of it.
I will say this. That Punta Gorda boat parade is sure a fun thing to be
in :)

Can a banana boat in root beer float, if the root beer fills the moat?

I could answer by rote, or we could take a vote.
