Old becomes new again.

Old becomes new again.
A memory lost, is found.
A desire, a wish, to revisit something
between a fresh start and sweet nostalgia
for a kind word, a gentle moment in time
when the world was a bit friendlier, a little bit closer
and there was trust.
Oh, nothing is safe here, 'tis true,
so thoughts collided and feelings were hurt
innocence... or was it naivete? was broken,
and so things are changed.
nevertheless I return, in the old way,
in the hope that old becomes new again.
