Peter Straheim's Younger Brother Mark Unseen   Nov 17 13:24 UTC 1995

        Peter Strasheim's younger brother
Came to my house just the other
Day and asked me if he could de-
Pend on me to go on Sunday
To a picnic held in honor
of his cousin, J. R. Bonner.
        "Well," I said, "I wish I could,
But I've a date with Brenda Wood,
We're going to the skating rink
And then, perhaps, or so I think,
To dinner at the local Denny's
Or that place that's next to Penneys
In the mall." And so it was
That I missed meeting Peter's cuz.

To be sung to the tune of "Jingle Bells"......

Driving down the road,
splashing all along,
salt and slushy snow,
can't see - there's something wrong!

Nozzles on the hood,
connected to a tube,
connected to a pump, and then,
the Source of Blessed Blue!

<chorus>
Squirt, squirt, squirt,
squirt, squirt, squrit,
use some more Blue Stuff!
Windshield wiper fluid's great,
we just can't get enough!

<repeat chorus>

If you say so.

"Squirt, squirt, squirt,
 squirt, squirt, squrit,
 use some more Blue Stuff!
 Windshield wiper fluid's great,
 we just can't get enough!"

This was the second best thing that happened to me today.

What does that say about my life? Nothing good, I'm afraid.

This item was posted over five years ago. It follows that this
was the second best thing to happen to you in the last five years.

Not unless he travelled back in time to read it.

Which he might have, I guess.

Quite likely, I'd say.

Quarterly lunacy ingenuous scilicet.
