Lost Friend
|
Oct 6 01:01 UTC 1993 |
o where o where
is my teddy bear bear,
o where o where is he?
i found his pipe
and i found his bowl
and even his fiddlers three.
but nowhere, o nowhere,
wherever i looked,
did i ever ever find he.
o where o where
is my little lost pet,
o where o where is he?
he's due at the vet,
the appointment's all set,
but i can't even find
my little lost pet,
o where o where can he be?
o where o where
is my furry li'l friend,
o where o where is he?
he'd get sick and he'd mend,
when to him i'd tend,
and from danger defend,
and a helping hand lend,
but i fear it's the end,
for himself he can't fend,
my poor furry li'l friend,
o where o where can he be?

Who is this Marston Snord? I do not find him/her listed in the
Encyclopedia of the Arts, nor on mirlyn, nor in my favorite list of
Noted Writers of the Past. Find Marston Snord.....

Sure. Do you have a recent picture of him? An old address? Anything?...

I find the landscape littered with scraps of cyberspace, annotated with
fragments of poems, or epitaphs, or clues to his or her last rendezvous
with reality, but the spoors are faint and fading.

Hmm. The details seem a bit sketchy. To be honest, that's beyond anything
I'd be able to do. I'd say it's time to call one of those 900 line side-
kicks, oops, I mean, psychics.

Is there evidence that Marston *ever* rendezvoused with reality? The
evidence I've seen is thin, indeed.
