URGENT!!!! please read i need help on choosing shipping method

ok, so an item i was selling was won from a bidder i n japan.

the item is a haliburton camera case.

it weighs about 8 pounds, and while lying flat it is 20 inches across 
x  17 inches top to bottom
it is about 7.5 inches thick 

is the best (safest , and maby cheaper for the buyer?)
USPS parcel postage
UPS parcel postage
or USPS AIRMAIL?

i really want a honest responce as fast as possible.
