ok, so last year when i first got addicted to ebay i blew a lot of my
personal cash on ebay stuff.
and of maby 4 months ago i decided it would cost me to much money that
needed to go to rent, car payments and food and such...
so now the only money i use to buy stuff on ebay is money i make from
selling stuff on ebay.
so say i sold a website for 41.00$ last week, i have 41$ to blow on
stuff on ebay.
if i positivly cannot find something i want i leave the money in my
paypal account or send it to my bank account and spend it as it was
from my paycheck.
does this sound like a smart idea?

I suggest you let it accumulate up to, say, $100 in paypal, and then move
anything above that into your bank account.
"finding something I want" sounds like you are actively searching for a way
to spend the money. If you are anything like I am, there will be plenty of
things that come along, without much effort on your part.
