well, i had to go ahead and create a item not recived dispuite with paypal/ebay. hate to do it, but i work hard for my money and it pisses me off to loose it like that. someone not sending me the item in almost a month, and never contacting me or responding to my emails and ebay messages. hopefully something will get fixed for me or the seller will respond. so, anyone have any tips on this step? or stories on doing a similar dispute?

yea. i think i would have let it ride if the user had at least responded to me in some way shape or form. but it not only ruined an xmas gift, but im not sure ill ever get the item from the seller. if she had responded even one time it would have never hit this step. oh well. maby ebay/paypal will wake her up and help me fix it.

Isn't that the truth? Sometimes a short communication can make all the difference in the world.
