There are, after all, a number of gentemen who closely resemble the Fuz...
But if you're sure it was him, have no worries, he speaks Normal at least as
well as you. I'm sure he didn't want to soil his shoes by going near the
Federal Building. (Yes I'm exxaggerating, no I don't hate our government that
