The scopemeter item

I've been considering purchasing one of those nifty digital "scopemeters" with
an LCD screen.  This would replace my garage-sale (and flaky) oscilloscope.

The problem is finding reviews of such things.  I'm mulling over the Fluke
123 vs. the TPI 460.  Anybody have any experience with such things?
