Interestingly, the Senate Judiciary Committee, which Leahy chairs,
has a web site on which anyone can post a public message concerning
this legislation. See
http://judiciary.senate.gov/special/input_form.cfm
Several dozen messages are posted there. They are OVERWHELMINGLY
against the CBDTPA.

don't you love how they give these things longer and longer names with a
confusingly LONG abbreviation so it's difficult to even talk about.
