12. Communications Decency Act - all 10 minutes
13. New Business - all ???
14. Final Gavel Pounding - scott < 1 minute
As you can see, we're a little short of specific topics. We could also
include things like "too many users", etc. if somebody wants to put them on
the agenda.
Also, note that this is Wednesday, since Monday is Memorial Day.
The meeting will be held at Integrated Technologies Institute:
Take US-23 to the Washtenaw Ave. exit (exit 37B). This puts you on Washtenaw
Ave, going West. Turn right onto Huron Parkway. This winds and twists for
quite a while. Turn right on Hubbard, then make your first possible left into
ITI (which has a hard-to-read silver sign out front). Watch out for handicap
parking spaces when you park -- there are a lot of them. Inside ITI, go
straight back to the funky toys in the lobby. Turn left, and the cafeteria
is ahead and to the left.
On Huron Parkway, if you reach Plymouth Road, you've gone too far.
Another way to ITI is to take US-23 to the Plymouth Road exit. Go West on
Plymouth Rd, to Huron Parkway. Turn left onto Huron Parkway. Hubbard comes
up pretty quickly from that side of town; turn left onto Hubbard and then take
the first possible left to get to ITI.

This item has been linked from Coop 70 to Intro 41.
Type "join coop" at the Ok: prompt for discussion of
Grex policies.

How about adding the issue of enabling tel/write/chat/talk users to
specify from whom or where they'll accept or deny requests for those
services? Implementation aside, it would be nice to have a decision
in place. I've heard that a version on M-Net allegedly has this
ability, but I don't think it's been installed or heavily tested yet.

maybe the issue of how to select the new coop fw should be on the agenda...
I would think an election shouldnt be held unless the board approves of the
concept of electing fw's

We don't elect FW's of coop, so a moot point. We *could* discuss a coop fw
election policy, if somebody wants it. I don't, so I'll wait for somebody
else to suggest it.

(That's correct; nephi was elected fw by the board from a group
of three volunteers. It was done this way at TS's request, as I
recall.)

that's how i remember it too. all three were fine with me, none had
a unilateral agenda in a teamwork environment.

It's 60-something degrees out now, but there is a frost warning for tonight.
