Grex long-range budget meeting for Sunday, March 24

It's time agin to plan the budget for Grex.
I'd like to hold a long-range budget meeting, which would be an occasion to
discuss how much money Grex has, what we want to use it for, what that will
cost, and what priority everything has.
Right now I'm planning on Sunday, March 24, location not yet known. I could
offer my apartment,except that there is a cat present and some of the
interested people have allergies that might prevent them from attending. Last
year the meetings were held in Zingerman's and in popcorn's apartment. Time
would be 2:00 pm.

That's the day of the next JCC sale. I was thinking of suggesting the 17th,
except that that's short notice, and also St. Patrick's day. I can make
either day, and volunteer my apartment to hold the meeting at.

Budget planning is going to be difficult. Our income has been so uneven
lately it's hard to predict what we will have to work with. I suspect
"priority setting" is a better description of what will go on there.

I'd be interested in attending and I'll be away the 17th. Perhaps we could
meet 2 or 3 hours after the end of the JCC sale?

I will be leaving town on the evening of the 24th, so while I could make a
2:00 meeting, I couldn't make one that was much later. I could transmit
relevant financial data to someone else, though, if I was unable to attend.

If the Sun4 move is this weekend, then I'd guess a lot of interested people
will be very busy. That leaves the 24th and the 31st, with people not happy
with either of those. How about Saturady instead of Sunday?

I've got a previous commitment on the afternoon of the 23rd, and now
the expedition to see hematite in _Fiddler_ in Ohio on the 30th.
Would the evening of Saturday the 23rd work, or the evening of
Friday the 22nd?

I volunteered my place a while back, and that offer still holds.
Is this definitely set for Friday the 22nd? I think so, from something
you said in another item.

I could offer my place too. I'd need to clean up some, but I need something
to inspire me to clean up some. But Val's place is traditional and so long
as it is OK with her, that's likely best.

The official, off-the-top-of-my-head time:
Friday, March 22, at 7:00 pm.
Valeries aparment would be great, since it's been used before for the very
same purpose.
