Regarding possible legal action against Grex, Steve Andre, and other related parties
|
Jan 10 11:30 UTC 2009 |
It is well known that Grex has been used to threaten my life, harass me,
and publish malicious lies about me for several years. Some of the most
damaging of these lies have been sent by Grex's staff to other
corporations while acting in an official capacity without any measure of
restraint or censure.
I have spent many hours attempting to have this fixed through reason,
appeals to compassion, and complaints. However, Grex's response has
been to simply ignore me.
Until now, I have not had the financial resources to force Grex's hand
on the issue through the legal system.
Unless Grex removes the offending material, publishes an apology in a
conspicuous public place likely to be read by Grex's membership, and
gives me $500 in monetary recompense within 60 days, I will retain a
lawyer with an aim towards aggressively pursuing reasonable legal
options against Grex, Steve Andre, current or past board members who
have not fulfilled their duties or responsibilities, and other culpable
entities. As I wish to resolve this matter as quickly as possible,
preferably without resorting to the courts, I welcome people to contact
me through this item, at (905) 377-3110, at
david.andrew.hoffman@gmail.com, or by mail at:
David Hoffman
Box 21
Cobourg, ON K9A 4K2
Canada
so long as they are willing to work with me towards an acceptable
solution.

Did Ann Arbor get all that snow predicted for today? I'm out of town and
missing the excitement.

Hi David.
I think the likelihood of Grex meeting your demands or even negotiating
with you are slim to none. I think your very best option is to retain
legal counsel and pursue the matter in court. But it is honorable for
you to try and resolve this here first.

I don't know what they are...
And yep, Mary, we got lots of snow already and it's still coming down.
Supposedly up to 10 inches when it's all said and done.

This is the thing about David Hoffmann. He will give you the kernal of the
story...the essence, but he never gives you any details. It's frustrating,
I tell ya!

You know David, threatening legal action with no justification
is itself legallly actionable.
Add to the fact that you are in a different country. Are you
willing to spend $200,00CDN on this?
Please go away. You are a sad and unhappy individual, and
quite irksome.

You sure you didn't mean 200,000 ?
Because 200 bucks isn't that much money. I think you should phone Mr. Hoffman
up and formally apologise, Mr. 'Andre'.
