We have used Rick Owens, 734 475-8213, many times.  Found him to be reliable,
competent, reasonable and a genuinely nice guy.  Jerry and I recommend him
on the basis of very positive experiences with him.

I recommend the same person who fixed your water heater and expect that you
will be hearing from him soon in this item.  Want to describe your plumbing
problems in the meantime?

We've used Chelsea Plumbing several times, for everything from new pipes to
a new hot water heater. Always competent, good to work with, and neat.
