Chevrolet service depts

Does anyone have an opinion about the service department of Chevrolet
dealers around AA/Ypsi?

I've had friends who had problems with the one on the corner of Jackson
and Wagner.

That would be Rampy Chevrolet-Nissan. I am in the midst of a small
tiff with them. More details when it's resolved...

It seems that the big dealerships have a better selection and might be
able to make you a better deal but they have sloppy service departments
and are no longer your friend once they have your money. Small dealerships
seem to be the other way around in general. I had good dealings with the
Ford dealership in Saline and a friend of mine swears by the GM dealer in
Manchester.
