Looking for a 128mb - 256mb videocard with an s-video out port.
Has to be AGP slot
I could care less what brand and/or company its from, but it has to
work 100% and come with any packaged software (drivers, programs)

FYI, you can get brand new cards that meet those requirements for under
$50, now.

Lots of places. I usually use tigerdirect.com. I recently bought one
there...I think it was this one, for $29.99:

It's an nVidia chipset, one or two generations behind the latest and
greatest, but still good enough for the kinds of games I play. It's
gotten so the exact brand you buy doesn't really matter -- they're all
basically buying either an nVidia or ATI chipset, then following the
reference implementation. Pick the chipset you want, then buy whatever
card has the price/feature combination you like.
