Last week I traded cars with someone who needed a large car for vacation. I got his 95 Mustang GT convertible (5 speed - VROOM!). What a fun car, although I don't think I'd like it on ice. Handling was better than I thought, this had 17" alloy wheels, super wide 45 series tires, and 4-wheel disk brakes with ABS. VERY little dip, sway, or roll. Power was real strong on low end, but totally awesome at the upper ranges of 3rd gear. | ||

Mustangs are terrible on ice and snow. One guy I know who had one called his "a death trap." | ||

Agreed - best left in the garage until the roads are clean and dry. | ||
