Help enforce the littering laws in Ann Arbor city -stop pizza flyers

Please see my item 88 in Agora (Spring 1998) concerning an attempt to enforce
the littering law in the case of pizza flyers.  I am looking for a few, or
at least one, volunteer to collect any flyers that show up this week, write
down the day, time and location (tied to doorknob, under flowerpot, in
driveway, etc.) and your name and address, and bring in the flyers and this
information to the police to be added to the relevant case report.  Please
read agora 88 for the details, and please download the petition if you are
willing to collect a few signatures and mail them in.  I would also like to
stop the Ann Arbor news from distributing their advertising materials by
throwing them in the direction of our houses.  They mail to the suburbs and
could do so in town.   
        If the volunteer(s) could possibly also sign a warrant asking the
police to deal with these misdemeanors, and then also find a couple of hours
during the daytime to show up in court (it would be education and I will buy
you lunch afterwards or even before), it would help convince the judge that
I am not the only one who cares.  I hope there are other self-employed
grexers.
