I'm not so sure this is where I should post this or not, but I figure hardly anyone reads the finances section. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any way at all that financial aid money from a married couple can be used at all to pay for their housing, so that they don't have to hold down a full time job and go to school at the same time? I was told there isn't, but It would seem like there should be some way to do it.

Don't some forms of financial aid apply to living expenses as well as tuition? Are you both students? It's a tough go, I know. Sorry I don't know enough about it. You might try contacting the Center for the Education of Women in Ann Arbor who can help you coordinate all your possible resources.
